ISL5120IB Overview
Presented in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. 1:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 2 circuits. Using the ISL5120 search parameter, you can discover variants of the switch. An analogue multiplexer drains from a single voltage supply at 2.7V~12V.
