There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tube is the form of the package.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 10V~20V.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TA is allowed for this device.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.In this case, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.
