Its 11-SIP, 9 Leads package provides greater flexibility.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Through Hole.WGate driversh a 10V~20V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel MOSFET gate.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number IR3103.Devices are mounted by Through Hole.At the time of design, it is configured with 9 pins.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 700mA.A high-side voltage can be set up to 500V (Bootstrap).For its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 750mA.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 150°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.The maximum voltage for operation is 20V.A minimum supply voltage of 10V is required for operation.In this case, the voltage is 500V.There are several gate drivers in the iMOTION? series, including this one.When 16kHz is used frequently, efficiency can be improved.
