Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR2308SPBF.The mount method is Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.As a maximum, there is 350mA limit to the output current.Several electronic components are included in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 600V.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 200mA.According to its maximum power dissipation, 625mW is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.With its power supplies of 15V, it solves the problems of power supply for a variety of applications.The voltage it outputs is 620V.In order to maintain the maximum output voltage, it must be set at 20V.
