In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.Using a 5V~20V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Its configuration starts with 8 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number IR2301SPBF.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 600V.
