For greater flexibility, the 44-LCC (J-Lead), 32 Leads package is adopted.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.For its configuration, it incorporates 6 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is 125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 32 terminations.Under its base part number IR2235J, various related parts can be found.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 1200V.Using unique technology, FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT can also be provided.
