Its 44-LCC (J-Lead), 32 Leads package is adopted for higher flexibility.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is supported by 6 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.Using a 11.5V~20V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR21362JPBF.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 44 pins.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 350mA.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).For its basis, there are 3 outputs integrated.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.-40°C is the minimum operating temperature.Using 2W as an example, the maximum power dissipation shows how well it is able to transfer and conduct power loss without becoming overheated.The supply voltage of 20V is its maximum value for operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 11.5V must be applied.
