In order to increase flexibility, the package 44-LCC (J-Lead), 32 Leads is used.There is a package in the form of Tube.A total of 6 drivers are integrated into its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 11.5V~20V.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR21362JPBF.The mount method is Surface Mount.There are 44 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 350mA.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 600V.200mA is the maximum output current supported by the device.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 2W shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.In this case, the voltage is 300mV.
