A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Configuration is based on 6 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Temperature range 125°C TJ is allowed for this device.The input type for this program is Inverting.The configuration is based on 28 terminations.The base part number IR2135S refers to a number of related parts.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.Within this subcategory of MOSFET Drivers, there are several useful electronic components.A boot strap voltage of 600V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.With its power supplies of 15V, it solves the problems of power supply for a variety of applications.A unique technology can also be used to provide FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT.
