Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.This device is equipped with 6 drivers for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting is used for input in this program.The configuration is based on 28 terminations.You will find various related parts under the base part number IR2131SPBF.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.
