The PLCC package offers greater flexibility.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.Mosfet driver is based on 32 terminations.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is mounted.This device operates with 15V supply voltage.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.For its basis, 3 outputs are integrated.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.STANDARD is its input.
