Its DIP package is adopted for higher flexibility.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Mounting the device requires Through Hole.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.There are 8 component pins on the board.In terms of its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.With its power supplies of 15V, it solves the problems of power supply for a variety of applications.Based on unique technology, FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT can also be provided.
