IDT23S05E-1HDCG Overview
This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.6V. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V. The PLL may become ha70°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 70°C. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors.
