Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 16 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock is designed for clock generator's input.
