ICS858018AKT Overview
It is packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR). There is a maximum value of 2GHz for normal operation. It contains 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V can be used to achieve high efficiency. Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount. It has a pin count of 16 on it. For operation, 16 pins are used. A minimum working temperature of -40°C is required to maintain its reliability. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature that ensures stable operation. This value is set to 3.63V for the maximum available supply voltage (Vsup). It uses a logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER. In order to maintain normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 2.375V. It is possible to have 1 true outputs. In addition, ECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -2.375V TO -3.63V can be obtained when using this gadget.
