ICS670M-01LFT Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The SOIC package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 160MHz maximum. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 5.5V. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 3V to be safe. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 16 bits. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has 0°C operations.
