ICS556M-04IT Overview
It is available in the case SOIC for this cut smart buffer. There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tape & Reel (TR). The maximum value for normal operation is 27MHz. It has 8 terminations. Supply voltages of 2.5V enable high efficiency. It has been positioned in the way of Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 8 pins. A minimum working temperature of -40°C is required to maintain its reliability. In order to ensure stable operation, the maximum operating temperature must be set to 85°C. This is set to 5.25V for the maximum supply voltage. In order to maintain normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 2.375V. A 2.5/5V volt supply powers it.
