ICL7665IPA Overview
Power management is mounted through 8 terminals. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Bulk model. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a total of 2 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. As a reference, this IC power includes PDIP functions for your convenience. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 240. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. Using Through Hole, IC management is mounted. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. 8 pins are present in total in this power management. 8 pins are present on the power management system. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.6V for this IC power. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 16V volts. A power supply of 5V watts is required for the operation of this power management. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 15μA.
