ICL7665AEPA Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 8 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaging is in the form of a Tube. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 2 channels. Please refer to power management for 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions. Compared to other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power ics operate at 2 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by a DIP, Through Hole-axis. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. A total of 8 pins are located on this power management. 8 pins are on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.6V. There should be no more than 16V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Through Hole type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 3μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using ICL7665, the base power ics number. In order to operate this power management, it requires 5V volts of power. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 15μA.
