Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. A SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Through Hole mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -55°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 10kHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin nVin Vin/2. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 20mA output current of voltage regulator. 240 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
