It is acceptable to ship in the direction of Tray .A convenient transport package is provided in 80-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.Applications targeting this power management include Ultrasound Imaging and others.Ensure that the operating temperature of the power management ic is set to -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunctions.4.75V~5.25V voltage is used for the operation of this power management.Search HV7351 to find more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.The power management is equipped with 80 terminals.It has received much praise because it is a ANALOG CIRCUIT analog integrated circuit.80 Pins are available on this power managment ic.This connector has a Surface Mount for mounting it on a PCB or other type of board.It can perform a wide range of demanding tasks when powered by 5V voltage.There is 2.6μA voltage applied to this power management ic.In order to start up, it needs at least 4.75V .The power supply ic should not be fed with voltage that is higher than 5.25V .There is 70V voltage output from it.Currently, the ic power supply should have a 3A output.
