HMC844LC4BTR-R5 Overview
Package 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package included in this package as well. There is a version in Surface Mount available. It is equipped with a full-functioning Differential, Single-Ended output. The communication type used by this application is XOR/XNOR Gate logic. At -40°C~70°C, we have extended the operating temperature. It contains 4 inputs. A -3.13V~-3.47V power supply is used to operate the device. Check out HMC844 to see more similar parts. Easy installation and disassembly are provided by the Surface Mount-shaped device. In this case, the logic gate is implemented as a 24-solution.
