The RF Switches are designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package.There are 16 terminations in this RF Switch.The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C when the RF Switch is in operation.High power RF switchs of this type are part of the HMC678 family of high power RF switch 12vs.16 pins are used for high power RF switch operation.General Purpose RF Type from the RF switch ic.The RF Switch can supply -3V~-3.6V voltage.
