HMC365 Overview
In this RF modulator, the frequency is 0Hz~13GHz.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced Die package.In the Tray package, this RF modulator is mounted.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.There are 8 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 0-pin RF module.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.There must be at least -55°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 110mA.
