Its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tube represents the package.This configuration includes 4 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.14 terminations constitute its foundation.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.A total of 14 pins are available for component connections.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 15V.
