The 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package offers greater flexibility.Tube represents the package.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 4 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Through Hole.Using a 8.5V~15V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 16 terminations.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A boot strap voltage of 95V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
