HI9P0201-5 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in SOIC. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. In the case of a voltage supply of 15V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. A key feature of the 16 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. A 80Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. For details about the functions of 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Dual supply type digital switch with a low cost. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 500μA. The analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs in total. Temperatures above 75°C should not be used to operate the switches. Drain to Source resistance is 55Ohm. 4-bits are supported.
