HI4P0509-5 Overview
Presented in LCC, this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Bulk is used. Totally, there are 20 terminations. By its 4 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. An 15V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. There are 20 pins injected into the electronic part body. It has an internal resistance of 400Ohm. An effective Dual supply digital multiplexer. For this digital switch to work, 1.5mA current would suffice. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 75°C. This analog switch ic needs a voltage of 10V as its minimum supply voltage.
