HI3-0201-5Z Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). The advanced packaging method Tube provides high reliability. In Through Hole, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around 0°C~75°C TA. 16 terminations have been made so far. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 1 channels. Powered by a 15V voltage supply, the electrical part should be switched on and run. As part of the design of the 16 series, this electronic part has been incorporated into the system. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPST - NC switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 4 circuits. Search with HI-201 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. A Drain to Source resistance of 55Ohm is shown for this electronic part.
