It is packaged in the way of 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). D flip flop is embedded in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As configured, the output uses Differential. It is configured with a trigger that uses Positive Edge. There is an electrical part that is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. With a supply voltage of 3V~20V volts, it operates. The operating temperature is -55°C~125°C TA. It is an electronic flip flop with the type D-Type. JK flip flop is a part of the 4000series of FPGAs. There should be no greater frequency than 24MHzon its output. It consumes 20μA of quiescent current without being affected by external factors.
