FST3245WMX Overview
In order to save board space, digital switch is located in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width).As a result, it is packaged in a way that is referred to as Tape & Reel (TR).Surface Mount is the mounting method digital switch ic uses.For the analog part of the multiplexers, an IC Bus Switch is used.Turn signal switch will not be susceptible to the external factors when the operating temperature is kept at -40°C~85°C.Designers have greater flexibility using digital controlled switch when it works with 4V~5.5V voltage.Its logic switch base part number is 3245 which can also be used to find its logic switch related parts.In this case, the supply type is Single.Currently, it is configured with 20 pins.This unit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Signal multiplexer consists of 8 bits.In the absence of external influences, it consumes 3μA current of multiplexer ic.Using a supply voltage of 5V can result in reliable performance of the multiplexers.In terms of resistance, it has a value of 11Ohm.
