FSA2859UCX Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 12-UFBGA, WLCSP, making it easy to ship abroad. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. 2:2 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 12. A 2 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. An 1.95V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. DPDT switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. It consists of 2 circuits. Try searching with FSA2859 to find analog multiplexer variants. It has an internal resistance of 750mOhm. You can find the functions of the 12 pins in the datasheets. normally, users should not supply switches with voltages higher than 5.5V. Analog switch ics with Single supply type are cost-effective. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 1.65V. Using only a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires 1.65V~5.5V voltage. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 50nA. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 5.5V. It is recommended that you attach at least 1.65V to your dual power supply.
