FSA1153UCX Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 12-UFBGA, WLCSP. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, 12 terminations have occurred.
