The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR).It is included with the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package as well.Mounting type Surface Mount is selected for the LED driving board.General Purpose is the switch type it owns.It is recommended to set the temperature to -55°C~150°C TJ in order to ensure reliable operation.The lighting driver has a total of 1 outputs that are available for use.It produces a maximum output voltage of P-Channel volts at its maximum output.A lighting driver with Slew Rate Controlled features is available.It comes under the family of FDC6901.This LED driver has a maximum output of 3AV.
