It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A Tape & Reel (TR)-package is used.Depending on the device, the mounting type will either be Surface Mount or C.With 13V~20V as the voltage supply, it should work.The device is set to operate at -40°C~125°C.The part has other IC types such as POWER FACTOR CONTROLLER.8 terminals are found on the gadget.Startup current is 120μA.Pin number 8 remains the same for the component.I think the best thing about this device is that there is a number of FAN7930 in it.Switching frequency 250kHz~350kHz is what determines the switching frequency.If the input voltage of the device is as low as 9.5V, it can function properly.20V is the maximum input voltage (Max) of this device.As long as the frequency is kept constant at 300kHz, it is possible to continue to operate with good accuracy.Mount Surface Mount includes it.As a result, it works in a 0.5A output current at the maximumAs long as the supply temperature is at least 4mA, the device will work.There is a 2.5mA supply current set for the gadget.As long as the 13V output is used, it can be controlled.
