FAN6520AIMX Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 4.5V~5.5V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. This switching controller can switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable. FAN6520 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. Statistically, the DC regulator outputs 5.5V voltage. Voltage regulator dc to dc is designed to operate at 100 % duty cycle during power-ups and power-downs to ensure reliability. There is a maximum frequency of 340kHz for this dc regulators. Users should apply 5V to operate the voltage regulator dc to dc safely and reliably.
