88-LFBGA is used in this package.The external packaging of Tray is made of Tray plastic.-40°C~85°C license holder.The In System Programmable programming language can be used to program it.A voltage of ± 2.25V~6V is applied to it.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.The size of data storage is limited to 16Mb.Look for "EPC16" for other related parts.3.3V is the required supply voltage.Different functions are associated with 88 terminations.There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V that can be applied to this memory device.Minimum voltage 3V is required for the device to work.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.As a result of the PARALLEL process, data is transmitted from this memory.A memory chip can operate at a voltage no greater than 0.09mA.FPGA is a 66.7MHz-frequency memory IC.A power supply that is rated at 3.3V is recommended for use with this product.This is one of the devices that are part of the EPC series.Specifically, It is a kind of Flash Memories.
