EP7312-IVZ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient since the embedded microprocessor is packed in 208-LQFP. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Tray. Cores/Bus width is 1 Core 32-Bit. Understand how the operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA is determined. The EP7 series contains it. ARM7TDMI is the processor core of this CPU. It has SDRAM RAM controllers. A DAI, IrDA, SSI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. This CPU runs I/O at 2.5V 2.7V 3.0V 3.3V. It is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. Use EP7312 when searching for variants of the embedded microprocessor. Total terminations are 208. When the voltage supply is 2.5V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. It has a 32-Bit architecture. A CPU operates at a frequency of 74MHz. Detailed functions for 208 pins can be found in the datasheets. A maximum supply current of 2.7V is available. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 32b. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 208 pins. In this case, we have a CPU with only 1 core. In this case, 2.5V is the starting point. A 48kB amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed. The CPU programs, transfers data by 27 I/Os.
