EP7309-CBZ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient since the embedded microprocessor is packed in 256-LFBGA. High reliability is achieved using advanced packaging method Tray. This CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus widths. Identify the operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. It comes from the EP7 series. The CPU is cored with a ARM7TDMI processor. A DAI, IrDA, SSI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. 2.5V 2.7V 3.0V 3.3V is the I/O speed of this CPU. EP7309 is a good way to search for variants of the microprocessor. The total number of terminations is 256. Using a 2.5V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. There is 74MHz frequency set for the CPU. Please refer to the datasheets for 256 pins functions. With a maximum supply current of 2.7V, it has a maximum power consumption. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 32b. Embedded microprocessor bodies have 256 pins injected into them. It has 1 cores. From 2.5V onwards, the CPU microprocessor can operate. A 48kB amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed. CPU programs transfer data via 27 I/Os.
