Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the SOIC package.The packaging method is indicated by Bulk.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.You mount it with Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is an output current limit of 2A for this device.The subcategory of MOSFET Drivers contains a wide variety of useful electronic components.Temperatures greater than 85°C are not allowed.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.If you want a stable supply current, you should keep it at 2.5mA.For operation, it requires a voltage of 15V.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.As a result, the current it emits is 4A.
