Its PDIP package is adopted for higher flexibility.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.The device is mounted using Through Hole.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.A supply voltage of 15V is required for operation.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 2A.The subcategory of MOSFET Drivers contains a wide variety of useful electronic components.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 85°C.-40°C is the minimum operating temperature.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 2.5mA.For operation, it requires a voltage of 15V.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.As a result, the current it emits is 4A.The output voltage is set to 15V.
