DS1818R-5+T&R Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this IC management you will find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for you to refer to. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. Pin count of the power management is 3. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. There is a supply current of 28μA for the power management. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to DS1818, which is the base power ics number. The maximum supply temperature is 35μA. A PMIC from the well-known EconoReset series of products is being offered here. The architecture of this IC management supports 1 outputs.
