DS1815-20 Overview
Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. A Bulk package is used to package the power management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. In this IC management you will find TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) functions for you to refer to. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Through Hole-axis. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. 3 pins are on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 0V. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. There is a supply current of 35μA for the power management. It is always advisable to use DS1815, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 35μA. The IC power comes from the well-known EconoReset series.
