DS1336 Overview
A 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case is included with it. A Tube case is a good choice for packing the part. In this case, the part is mounted in the direction of Through Hole. An electric current of 3V~5.5V is applied to it. It is essential that the minimal operating temperature of this component is not 0°C~70°C. Suitable for components connected in Battery Backup, Industrial/Automotive, High Current Switch. There is a Source Selector Switch classification for the device. 16 terminations are available in the part. Pins are positioned on 16 axes. The performance of this device is powered by 5V. A maximum reflow temperature of this part is used if 240 is to be run. It is necessary to run the supply current of the part at 250μA in order to make it work. For this part, Vsup cannot be less than 3V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 5.5V. It is possible for the chip to function when the output current is below 300mA.
