DS1312S-2 Overview
The item is packaged with the materials of Tube. A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) has been provided to save space on the board. Nonvolatile RAM type with high quality and reliability. A temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set for the operating environment. To ensure the proper operation of the unit, a voltage of 4.75V~5.5V must be supplied.
