DS1233DZ-15+ Overview
Power management is mounted through 4 terminals. It is packaged with Tube. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-261-4, TO-261AA functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. The total number of pins on this power management is 4. 4 pins are present on the power management system. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.2V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 50μA is the recommended value. You can always use DS1233D, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The power management must be powered by 5V volts to function properly. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 50μA. It is one of the well-known EconoReset series power ic line.
