DS1100Z-45 Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. This device has an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. 5 taps/steps are configured. The terminals are placed at DUAL. As a result, it is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configurations.
