DS1100Z-150/T&R Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Tape & Reel (TR). By using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. A 5 tap/step configuration is provided.
