DS1100Z-100 Overview
In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 5 taps and steps. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed.
