DS1023S-50 Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C. There are 256 taps and steps configured for it. A terminal is located at DUAL. The system is equipped with 16 terminations for a unique configuration. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. A state-of-the-art CMOS technology is used in its development. With the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. Using the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate.
